Presentation: Volunteer Management During an Emergency
12:00 - 1:00 pm ♦ August 11th ♦ Ambassador VII
Volunteer management is a critical skill needed throughout the daily operations of a public service oriented entity. However, that skill-set may be challenged or need further honing during an emergency/crisis. This presentation will include open dialogue and discussion on how to start or consider modifying the process of volunteer management in planning for disasters, emergencies, or crises.
