Sabrina Chapple joined HRSA’s Office of Regional Operations (ORO) as the Public Health Advisor in May 2018. Before joining ORO, Sabrina was a Supervisory Public Health Analyst for HRSA’s Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program, where she oversaw the implementation and administration of $147 million in competitive and formula grants in Regions 3, 7 and 8.
Prior to joining HRSA, she served as the Acting Division Director within the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH) Office of Adolescent Health (OAH), providing leadership and oversight of the Pregnancy Assistance Fund (PAF), a $25 million competitive grant program to provide a seamless network of support services to expectant and parenting teens, women, fathers, and their families. Sabrina also served as a Project Officer with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Sabrina Chapple holds a Bachelors in Biology from Howard University and a Master’s of Public Health from George Washington University. In her spare time she enjoys DIY home projects, baking cakes and spending quality time with her husband, Isaac and their two wonderful children Ahkeem and Lailah.
